Emily Johnson is a multifaceted operations director with a keen eye for detail. She manages the day-to-day operations at 5D Ventures, honing her skills in interpersonal communication, strategic planning, financial management, problem-solving, and technical proficiency.

Prior to her time at 5D, Emily gained over a decade of diverse experience across the insurance, media, software engineering, and culinary/events industries. Her background includes roles in operations, administration, management, and customer/IT support, showcasing her versatility, collaborative spirit, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering integrity.

Emily holds a BFA Honours from McMaster University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, deepening her understanding of human behaviour, mental health, and therapeutic frameworks. She integrates her creativity, empathy, and natural curiosity within her operational and administrative functions, bringing a holistic and human-centered approach to her work.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Emily is an art-maker, creative writer, Vedic meditator, and avid nature enthusiast, cherishing her dog and meaningful connections with others.
