Henry Whitfield, MSc and PhD Candidate, is an Association of Contextual Behavioural Science Peer-reviewed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Trainer, an Accredited Advanced TIR (PTSD therapy) Trainer and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Henry has run and supervised therapy for PTSD projects in gun crime hot spots, and has trained over 1500 psychological therapists. Henry is also a passionate Prosocial facilitator and integral thinker having published journal articles and book chapters on the integration of therapeutic models, including authoring the book, “A Spectrum of Selves”, tailored to a psychedelic therapy context.
